The problem
Students from Form 4 through postgraduate study want project work they can show. Early healthcare and tech teams want short, scoped help. A job board written for full-time hiring matches neither side.
Role
Took over the codebase and launched the platform for 90+ students and 20+ companies. Simplified registration, automated retention emails, and implemented an agent-based workflow in Claude Code to accelerate development. Stack: Next.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.

What shipped
A student or a startup can sign up. Matching uses skill, availability, and interest. A project carries milestones and deliverables, and the result is meant to land on a portfolio. The public site is in English and covers healthcare and technology across Asia.
